Description

The Cinema was derived in two versions for 2015. Two versions completely identical but with different graphics. Your choice will depend on your tastes. Inside the board you'll find a Power Core II which is a poplar core reinforced with two stringers of beech. That enhances the pop and the responsiveness of the board without sacrificing the fluidity of the energy transfers. In terms of shape, the board is twin-tipped and comes with the Gullwing rocker profile. That maximises the board's agility for higher park performance and it makes it more versatile in case you feel like exploring the ungroomed side of the resort from time to time.

What our testers say : The Cinema is as good as it used to be. We recommend it to intermediate and advanced riders looking for a versatile twin board that they can throw in the park and anywhere else on the mountain. The board is fun, docile and forgiving. It really excels in a snowpark where it feels stable and well balanced on rails. Great for improving your skills while having fun.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
