Description

When you know Jake Blauvelt cooperated at designing that board you know you can expect insane performance from it. The Berzerker utilizes a carbon reinforced woodcore to provide riders with great torsional stiffness and enhanced reactivity. The Slimewalls tech featuring urethan sidewalls allows for a smoother ride on rough terrain. The sidewalls absorb chatter and bad vibrations maximising stability. The Hybrid All-mountain shape gives the board the versatility it needs to be able to bomb hills and carve groomers with ease. It delivers the edge control and the response feel of a camber with the floatation of a rocker. The ultimate combination for tearing the mountain apart.

What our testers say : The Berzerker is a powerful freeride oriented board that's got tons of potential. Suited for advanced boarders who have an agressive style and who like speed, the board feels very intense. From long carved arcs to powerful slash turns through crud plowing, you can rely on the board's stiffness and performance. It's also a good option for riders who can't afford the Highlife by Ride, you'll get similar performance but the board's a little heavier.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
