Description

If you still sleep with your teddy bear and like to ride because you can stop by the bar and enjoy a drink in the sun, you shouldn't stay here. This board isn't a toy nor something you buy for riding from the lift to the bar. This board is a mindblowing tool for performance-driven riders. Designers replaced basalt fibers from last year by carbon reinforcements, which enhances drastically the liveliness of it and the aggressivity. The board is packed up with the best freeride technologies such as a THC core for lightweight and durability, Magne Traction 7M edges ensuring an optimum grip, and the AmpTek All-Mountain combining a 40% underfoot camber for the grip, and rockered tips for floatation. For the boldest, fearless riders.

What our testers say : To make things clear, the board gave us a blast. Ridden the Extreme at Verbier by Xavier De Le Rue, triple champion of the Freeride World Tour, this isn't a board for amateurs. Suitable for advanced and expert level riders, the board likes to charge hard and go fast on the steepest white slopes. Absolutely amazing on wide fields of fresh powder, it also behaves in narrow couloirs and on piste, where its stablity stands out at full speed. Stiff and powerful, this is a board that's not to be left into everyone's hands.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
