p>On active mountain outings, the Patagonia W's R1 Jacket serves as a lightweight, breathable, and packable midlayer. This hybrid technical fleece jacket combines stretch Polartec® Power Grid™ fabric with Capilene® Thermal Weight panels to minimize bulk while maintaining good freedom of movement. Its construction concentrates warmth around the torso and helps wick away excess heat under the arms. Offset shoulder seams improve comfort under backpack straps and make layering easier. The slim fit, clean-cut cuffs, and front zipper with zipper guard minimize bulk. The zippered pockets are designed to be compatible with a harness or backpack waist belt. This model is made in a Fair Trade Certified™ workshop.
