Description

The Ortovox Avabag Litric Freeride 28L airbag pack is engineered to enhance safety during your off-piste sessions. It features a 28-litre capacity that can be expanded by switching modules. The Zip-On system allows you to keep the base of the pack with the airbag system and change the zip-around module for another, larger or smaller depending on your needs. Each Litric pack includes a base and one module, with additional modules available separately. Note that there are two back length sizes, short and regular, and modules are only compatible with a similar size.

Highly practical and well-equipped, this pack incorporates D-Skifix diagonal ski carry, a helmet carrier, internal compartments for valuables and a hydration system (water bladder sold separately). A fastening system for poles and ice axes is also included, and its fabrics are waterproof. This model uses recycled materials and benefits from Climate Neutral certification to minimise the impact of its production on the environment.

The airbag system itself is an electric version that does not require cartridges. This has many advantages, including a significantly lower weight. The system is rechargeable via USB port. A full charge lasts 30 days in Off mode and approximately 60 hours in On mode. Each charge allows for two deployments, and you can perform triggering tests at will.
