Description

Intuitive, the Mammut Barryvox S avalanche transceiver features a deliberately simplified interface for easy use in emergency and stress situations. You can operate it even when wearing gloves. The backlit display makes it easy to read, even with polarized glasses. The ergonomic case is impact-resistant. Performance-wise, the Mammut Barryvox S has a wide search band, up to 70 m.

Here in its S version, the Barryvox is all-encompassing. It increases the chances of finding a buried person or being found yourself. It features Smart Search and Rescue Send functions, which improve search situations.

The Mammut Barryvox S avalanche transceiver provides information on the distance, direction and number of people buried under the snow. The Smart Search function lets you interact with the person sitting down to rescue you. The Rescue Send function switches the rescuer directly to transmit mode in the event of an over-avalanche. All search and personal data parameters are customizable.

The Barryvox S is supplied with batteries, but is also compatible with a Lithium battery (sold separately).
