Giro

Giro is an American brand based in Scotts Valley in the mythical SantaCruz region of California, founded in 1985 by Jim Gentes. It takes its name from the famous Italian tour and quickly gets noticed for the manufacture of its new bicycle helmets that the founder wants different, innovative and design: "I want to create products that make a difference to people, products that cause people to be really happy that Giro exists. Design of great products that are successful in the market and change the face of the industry is the ultimate reason this company exists." It is easy for the brand to transfer its know-how and skills to Giro ski helmets and become a specialist in protection for high-level skiers. Technological innovation for safety is always on the agenda with Giro, who offers MIPS technology on all his helmets, such as the Ledge and Ratio. The brand has been integrating this MIPS technology since 2014. In addition to safety, there is the lightness of the products, ventilation and very efficient ventilation, inherited from the design of bicycle helmets. The Giro brand is thus working to provide sportsmen and riders with a top-of-the-range and stylish equipment that is now completed by a beautiful collection of Giro ski masks that can be perfectly integrated and combined with all their helmets.
