Mundaka Optic

Based in Biarritz, France, Mundaka Optic is more than just a sunglasses brand; it reflects a passion and heritage deeply rooted in the spirit of surfing and the natural beauty of the coast. Since its creation in 1999, Mundaka Optic has distinguished itself through its commitment to offering quality products designed to follow adventurers and water sports enthusiasts on their most daring escapades.

Since 2003, the French company has evolved from a small family business to a globally recognised brand. This evolution is the result of hard work, a forward-thinking vision, and unwavering loyalty to the values that gave birth to this company: love of the sea, respect for the environment, and a constant quest for innovation.

Grilamid TR90, Acetate, Bio Acetate, or Metal: Robust Frames

The quality of the frames is at the heart of Mundaka Optic’s concerns. By opting for materials such as Grilamid TR90, acetate, bio acetate, or metal, the brand ensures not only great resistance and durability in its products but also exceptional comfort for the user.

Each material is chosen for its specific properties: Grilamid TR90 for its lightness and flexibility, acetate and bio acetate for their aesthetic richness and comfort, and metal for its finesse and strength.

Quality Lenses for All Needs

Mundaka Optic’s vision for visual protection is just as rigorous. The brand offers a variety of lenses suited to different environments and activities, including polarised and photochromic options. They offer different models such as CX, CX Full Revo, CX Polarized, and IC Polarized. Each type of lens is designed to provide optimal visual clarity while protecting the eyes from harmful UV rays and reducing glare thanks to the mirror coating they feature.

Whether for sailing, driving, or simply enjoying the outdoors, Mundaka Optic sunglasses guarantee an uncompromising visual experience, great performance and protection.
