Description

The EB E-Board climbing beam is designed to optimize strength and endurance training for climbers. It integrates easily into your home to allow you to exercise at home. Its varied design offers a generous central grip, ideal for warm-up and suspension exercises. The ergonomic top edge inclined at 30° and 20° enables smooth pull-ups. Various technical grips are available to target digital strength, with regulators from 12 to 50 mm, compression-tilted grips from 15 mm, as well as mono and bi-fingers of suitable depths. The screw hardware is included for fast, secure fastening. This versatile tool is an excellent support for strengthening the grip and improving holding on small holds, an essential asset for progressing in climbing.
