The YY Vertical Mono is a climbing training accessory that isolates the muscle and tendon development of a finger. It is as compact as it is light. It weighs only 25 grams and is made of recycled wood. It can be used in two ways: either by loading it with a weight, or by hanging it and using it as a body weight.
