Description

Small and light, the Rocky is a climbing training aid that can easily accompany you on your travels. The Rocky has a unique design where both sides have been worked on, offering five different holds (35, 27, 25, 12 and 10 mm). This gives you a nice range of progression on the same object. With it, you can warm up and train the active and passive structures of your fingers, arms and back.
