Crampons 100mm Noir

Binding crampons are an essential piece of gear for your safety when ski touring. They improve your grip when climbing skins are not enough because of the steepness of the slope or the snow conditions. On hardpack or icy snow, binding crampons allow you to keep progressing on your skis. However, they aren’t not an alternative to proper mountaineering crampons on ice and can’t be used on rocks.

Regarding the choice of width, make sure to pick a version wider than your skis at the waist, so that the crampons clear the sidewalls. You need a few millimetres on each side.

Very quick to install, as this system does not required you to slide the 100mm black crampon from Plum along the side of the binding to install it. It just needs to be positioned at 90° above the binding, which helps to reduce wear from installation thus less risk of crampon breakage.

The Plum crampons are compatible with Plum bindings as well as with Salomon MTN and Atomic Backland bindings.
