The purée Overstims Puree Ultra stands out for its formulation tailored to the needs of endurance athletes, offering a progressive and sustainable source of energy during prolonged efforts. Thanks to its semi-liquid texture, this puree facilitates food intake during activity, while ensuring excellent digestive tolerance. Each portion provides 165 kcal, with a balanced nutritional breakdown of carbohydrates (22 to 23 g per portion), a low fat content (7.7 to 7.9 g) and a moderate amount of fiber (1.5 to 2.2 g), contributing to a constant energy intake without overloading digestion. The presence of three vitamins (B1, B6 and E) and essential electrolytes (418 mg per puree, including sodium, magnesium and calcium) helps maintain water balance and reduce fatigue.
