Description
The Grit X2 is a premium multisport smartwatch developed by Polar for athletes and adventurers seeking precision, reliability, and long battery life on all their outings. Ultra-precise, it is capable of accompanying both long mountain expeditions and intensive training sessions.
Design and Robustness
With its compact 44.7 mm, 12.5 mm thick bezel and weighing 62 g, the Grit X2 combines a stainless steel case with a reinforced polymer body. Certified to MIL-STD-810H standards and water-resistant up to 50 m (WR50), it withstands extreme temperatures from –20 to +50 °C.
AMOLED Display and Touch Interface
The 1.28'' AMOLED touchscreen is highly responsive and offers excellent readability, even in direct sunlight. The detailed display ensures clear reading of data, whether it's heart rate, GPS navigation or notifications.
Performance and Battery Life
Powered by a 275 MHz processor, the watch features 37 MB RAM and 32 GB of internal storage for maps and training data. The 310 mAh Li-Pol battery provides up to 30 hours in high-performance training mode, 90 hours in eco training mode, and 7 days in smartwatch use.
Sensors and Precision
Fitted with a wide range of sensors, the Grit X2 integrates the latest generation optical heart rate sensor (Gen4), Gen1 ECG sensor, SpO2 sensor for oxygen saturation, Gen1 skin temperature measurement, as well as a barometer, compass, accelerometer, gyroscope and Elixir sensor. This combination ensures comprehensive monitoring of physiological and environmental performance.
Navigation and Exploration
Designed for adventurers, the watch features fast and accurate integrated GPS combined with advanced mapping functions: route guidance, back-to-start navigation, ‘track back’ function, altitude profiles and Hill Splitter™ to analyse every ascent and descent.
Training and Performance
The Training Load Pro™ and Recovery Pro™ tools help balance training load with recovery. FitSpark®, FuelWise™, and wrist-based running power provide precise support to optimise effort. Integrated tests (running, cycling, walking, recovery, orthostatic) allow you to assess fitness level and progress.
Sleep, Well-being & Daily Tracking
The Grit X2 monitors sleep quality and recovery using Nightly Recharge™, Sleep Plus Stages™, SleepWise™ and Serene™, also measuring night-time temperature. Continuous 24/7 tracking analyses daily activity levels, energy expenditure and heart rate variability.
Connectivity & Smart Features
Compatible with Bluetooth® Low Energy, this smartwatch connects to your smartphone for notifications, calls and alerts. It also offers music control functions and charges via a proprietary USB-C cable.
