Description

Akileïne's Kimas massage oil can be used before and after exercise. In the first case, its purpose is to limit the feeling of stiffness in the muscles. Kimas also forms a protective film on the skin. The muscles that will be used during the session should be lightly massaged. After the session, proceed with a deep massage in order to relax. If necessary, it is possible to apply the oil the next day. This product helps tooptimize recovery.
