Running soft flasks are available in different capacities, from the smallest at 250 ml to the largest at 750 ml. The choice of volume for your trail soft bottle will largely depend on how you plan to carry it. If you have a simple trail belt, two small 250 ml flasks balanced on each side can work perfectly. If you use a trail running vest, you can easily go for 500 ml volumes. Of course, you'll also need to choose your flask capacity according to the distance you plan to cover and the day's weather conditions.
