Hiking pants Seneca

The Millet Seneca trousers combine a softshell construction with a fleece lining to take on winter hikes and mountain outings. Their ELEMENT SHIELD™ 10K/10K membrane provides protection from rain and wind while allowing perspiration to escape. The two-way stretch moves with you on technical ascents, while the articulated knees follow the bend of the leg without restricting your stride.

What is the difference between these softshell trousers and hardshell trousers?

The fleece lining adds warmth and the softshell fabric remains supple and breathable, unlike a thicker, less breathable hardshell shell.

Do the trousers offer effective rain protection?

The 10,000 mm waterproof rating and DWR water-repellent finish shed water during moderate showers.
