Description

The Rocket Dfs Gtx is a hiking shoe designed for women looking for speed on mountain trails. Its flexible construction features the "AKU Elica Natural Stride System", biodynamically optimising the stride. When fast hiking, you need stability, this is why the Italian manufacturer used a Vibram Traction Lug and Vibram Megagrip outsole, providing excellent grip on any terrain. The upper is protected by a 3D printed layer, improving the durability of the shoe and protecting your feet from impacts. The Rocket also features AKU’s famous DFS system: the Dual Fit System is a dual lacing system allowing to tailor lace tension to the situation. The first lace is tied in a conventional way and is suited to hiking. The second features a quick lacing system, enveloping your foot and going down all the way to the sole, for maximum stability on difficult terrains. The Rocket also features a waterproof Gore-Tex membrane to keep your feet dry in the advent of rain or when walking through puddles.
