Heart rate monitor HRM 200

When the aim is to accurately monitor the intensity of effort, the cardiofrémètre Garmin HRM 200 provides reliable data on heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV), in real time. This chest belt model is designed for multisport use, whether running, cycling, home training or weight training. Lightweight and compact, the module is positioned on a comfortable strap, designed to remain stable during effort without creating any discomfort. Data transmission is seamless to compatible Garmin watches, Edge® counters and various training applications via ANT+ and Bluetooth Low Energy. Built to last, the HRM 200 incorporates a replaceable battery offering up to one year of autonomy, with one hour of use per day. Waterproof up to 3 ATM, it is resistant to perspiration and splashing water, while the machine-washable belt simplifies maintenance after each use.
