Product description — Ak Cyclic Gore Tex 2L True Black - S

The Burton Ak Cyclic Gore Tex 2L men’s ski trousers are designed for days in the resort and backcountry when conditions demand a high level of technical protection. Their Gore-Tex 2L membrane and 28K waterproof rating provide a particularly robust barrier against snowfall, persistent moisture and long days in the mountains, while the 28K breathability rating helps moisture vapour escape quickly. The articulated fit allows natural flexion and prevents the trousers from restricting movement through successive turns. The Crossflow Venting system and mesh-lined inner-thigh vents increase airflow. Reinforced cuffs and anti-scuff panels protect the areas most exposed to contact with ski edges. This model also features the Recco system, an essential safety feature that helps rescuers locate you in the event of an avalanche. The garment is Bluesign approved, a standard that notably regulates the use of resources and substances throughout the production chain.

Do the trousers have dedicated storage for safety equipment?

Yes. An avalanche transceiver-compatible pocket with a tether loop keeps this essential equipment readily accessible when venturing off-piste.

What other storage is provided alongside the avalanche transceiver pocket?

The trousers also feature a zipped thigh pocket and a zipped rear pocket.

How are the trouser cuffs protected?

Integrated snow gaiters help prevent snow from getting in, while reinforced panels and anti-scuff cuffs improve durability in this high-wear area.
