Description

More than ever in search of solutions to get out of oil dependency, Picture Organic Clothing has eco-designed the Anton snowboard jacket with 64% bio-sourced polyester. Of vegetable origin, this polyester is not the result of petro-chemical components, but comes from what is left of the cane once the sugar has been extracted from it. In addition to bio-sourced polyester, this ski jacket is also made from recycled polyester, which is the result of the reuse of plastic bottles. While the Picture brand takes care to limit its environmental impact, it also contributes, as a member of the Fair Wear Foundation, to improving the working conditions of those who make its products.

Just as practical for skiing as for snowboarding, the Picture Anton Jkt is made with a biologically-sourced and recyclable Dryplay 20K/15K waterproof and breathable membrane, which ensures an excellent level of waterproofing and excellent breathability. The seams and YKK zips are watertight to keep you perfectly dry, while the fabric is treated with the durable PFC-free Teflon EcoElite water-repellent treatment.

To protect you from the cold, the Picture Anton Jacket combines Thermal Std insulation with Coremax and Thermal Dry System linings. It features a protective stand-up collar, a wraparound hood, thumbhole sleeves and a snow skirt that prevents powder from getting inside. With its eco-friendly design, this high-end ski parka promises to keep you safe from the elements whether you're off-piste on the edge of a resort or on a freeride expedition in the great outdoors.
