Description

For the past few years, bib pants have been making a comeback among freeride-oriented brands, and for good reason—once you've tried a pair, it's hard to go back to traditional ski pants. The Sweet Protection Crusader X Gore-Tex Bibs feature a large front stretch panel that provides extra coverage on the abdomen with a centre closure and a small pocket for personal items. The garment also closes with a rear side two-way zip that can also be used for ventilation. And as far as protection goes, there's no need to say that with the Gore-Tex membrane you won't be affected by moisture and wind, not to mention its excellent level of breathability. Very well designed, this model also has two zippered cargo pockets that can hold some useful accessories. As comfortable for touring as for freeriding, these protective bibs are not insulated, so you'll definitely need to add a thermal base layer in colder temperatures. A beautiful piece with high-end, functional construction.
