The Gore-Tex membrane keeps your feet dry in wet snow, shallow stream crossings or rain, while allowing perspiration to escape. The high leather upper locks the ankle in place and protects against impacts from loose rock. The 3D Flex system reduces some of this rigidity by making approach walking easier before the technical section begins.
Can these boots be used in winter, on snow?
This model is designed for three-season use, but it can still be worn in cold, dry conditions thanks to its Gore-Tex membrane. For frequent winter outings in deep snow, a thermally insulated boot will be more suitable.
