Ideal for sporty outings or intensive training, it combines accessibility and efficiency through a construction designed to optimize each push phase.

What is the Fischer Speedmax 90 Skate Plus 115 Medium designed for?

Designed for sporty skiers, the Speedmax 90 Skate Plus 115 Medium uses a Skating 115 construction that moves the contact zones toward the tip and tail to increase stability on firm snow while retaining plenty of dynamism. Its Air Core HM Carbon core keeps weight low and supports efficient power transfer, while the DTG World Cup Plus base promotes strong wax absorption for performance in warm or wet conditions. Cold Base Bonding and Gliding Sidewall further improve glide quality and fluidity, while Computer Flex Control optimizes camber for precise, confident pressure.

This model is delivered with a thin protective hot-wax layer on the base to protect it from dirt and oxidation during storage. This is not glide wax intended for immediate skiing: before the first outing, the layer must at minimum be scraped off with a sharp Plexiglas scraper using light, even pressure in the direction of glide. The base should then be brushed with a nylon or combination brush until its structure is fully exposed.
