Choosing the right cross-country ski clothing is essential to keep your body at an ideal temperature for physical activity and protect it from variable weather conditions.
An effective method for cross-country skiing gear is layering. This technique involves combining different cross-country ski garments that work together to quickly wick moisture away to the outside while providing adequate insulation against external elements.
Choosing thermal underwear
