Choosing the right cross-country ski clothing is essential to keep your body at an ideal temperature for physical activity and protect it from variable weather conditions.

Choosing thermal underwear
Thermal underwear simply acts as a second skin, effectively eliminating body moisture to maintain the body at optimal temperature during exercise.
