Description

The CT4 Nordic Walking Pole from Swix has an adjustable length of 100-135 cm and is made of lightweight composite materials. The Just Click handle with a soft grip offers a comfortable grip and allows you to "disconnect" your hand from the handle without having to open the strap, which is very convenient for short breaks.

The Swix CT4 comes with two different tips: a hard metal tip for dirt and a rubber tip for walking on tarred surfaces. Thanks to the Twist & Go system, the tips can be interchanged simply and quickly.

- For a single-section hiking pole, add about 5 cm to the values above to improve efficiency on climbs.

- For a telescopic pole, if you are taller than 1.85 m, choose a model extending up to 1.50 m to avoid reaching full extension.
