Description

Second ski of the Fischer range, the Carbonlite is a model with an exceptional manufacturing quality. Always very popular, this rollerski offers exceptional sensations in dynamism as in driving.

What are the characteristics of the Fischer Carbonlite Skate?

Designed in the same way as a winter ski, this Carbonlite Skate has an Air Composite core. A light and dynamic honeycomb structure that offers incredible deformation properties in skating. The edges are protected by a thin layer of wood and the whole structure is coated with carbon. The result is a ski with great efficiency at the end of the push and a feeling very close to the ski in use. The lower part of the beam is chamfered in order to avoid as much as possible the friction in lateral thrust. The carbon forks follow the extension of the structure of the beam with a monobloc moulding we eliminate the surplus of screws and the risks of friction on the bitumen which go with. As for the Medium speed wheels, they are perfect for training on all types of terrain with a rather soft structure that ensures a very satisfactory grip even on wet roads. The aluminium rims offer maximum rigidity of the wheel and this type of structure minimizes the risk of the rubber coming off. The Precision Drive bearings and spacers ensure a very high quality of guidance, and for the past two years, Fischer rollerskis have been designed for the mounting of Turnamic bindings, and are pre-drilled for the exclusive use of this new binding. Finally, the mudguards it is equipped with are a great help on wet days because they avoid getting soaked to the waist, connoisseurs who have already done wheel skiing in the rain without mudguards will know what we mean. Very effective and particularly well designed, the Carbonlite comes close to the feeling of skiing on snow and presents exceptional dynamic properties. The Fischer know-how in terms of carbon construction is admirable, and this beam benefits from a beautiful finish.

Who is the Fischer Carbonlite Skate wheel ski for?

With roller skis we can not restrict the type of users because the properties are totally different than on winter skis. But if we speak simply in terms of feeling, it is clear that a regular skier will be more likely to appreciate the character and dynamic properties. The deformation of the beam is very similar to what we find on skis and it is very pleasant to use. A character that is as close as possible to the sensations on snow for an optimal training.
