The Active range has been specially designed to offer stability and guidance to skiers looking for technical reference points. Technically very close to the Endurace Skate, it provides remarkable skating comfort.

What are the characteristics of the Madshus Active Pro Skate cross-country ski?

The internal structure is identical to that of the Endurace, a Polycell core lined with a fiberglass coating. This gives the ski the essential lateral rigidity for easy skating without loss of grip on the lateral supports. The sidecut is also more pronounced, which accentuates the grip effect on the supports and facilitates turning steps and technical passages. On snow we find a very tolerant ski, with a very soft Medium camber for a smooth flattening of the ski. It is very reassuring for skiers in a technical progression phase, with the added bonus of the well-known stability qualities of Madshus skis. This effect is largely due to the geometry of the ski and its Speed Tip Cold spatula which maximizes the ski-snow contact surface when the ski is flat. The P170 Nano Universal sole offers a correct and versatile glide according to the snow conditions, it is perfectly adapted to the ski program, which is not primarily looking for performance, but comfort. It has the NIS 7 mounting plate, which is suitable for mounting Rottefella bindings compatible with NNN, Turnamic and Prolink boot standards.
