Product description — Brake Royal X 132mm

Brakes Brake Royal X 132mm

The Marker Brake Royal X 132mm are 132 mm wide ski brakes that fit the Griffon X MWERKS, Jester X MWERKS and Griffon X bindings. This width is designed for wide skis, the kind used for powder and freeride. When the boot releases from the binding, whether in a fall or when stationary, the brake arms deploy under the ski and dig into the snow: the ski won't slide off down the slope or vanish into deep snow. The brake width is chosen according to the ski's waist width, so that the arms clear the edges on either side without rubbing. These brakes are used to replace a worn brake or to adapt a binding to a ski of a different width.
