This Rossignol Race Pro Skate Binding was developed according to the wishes of athletes who wanted additional locking on the binding's pivoting axle. This model is therefore equipped with asmall lever above the axle that locks the safety. This system is designed to prevent unintentional release of the binding, particularly when the skis are hit during a race or when the pole is hit. The binding is completely locked, and you have to remember to release it to take off your boots by raising the lever. Handling is certainly less easy, but it's a plus, especially for long-distance races where contact between skis and/or poles is very frequent. Technically, we're sticking to the same standards as other Turnamic bindings, with two guide rails and a wide front plate that offers a larger thrust surface. The fixture can be mounted and moved without any tools, and the system is very easy to handle if you want to move the fixture. It is compatible with Turnamic, NNN and Prolink shoe standards.
