The XJ Sprint is designed for the youngest among us who are taking their first steps in cross-country skiing, a perfect model to give children a taste of Nordic skiing.  

What are the characteristics of the Fischer XJ Sprint cross-country ski boot? 

Made for the learning of classic cross-country skiing for children, its main characteristics are to offer maximum comfort. There is a generous and padded liner for a smooth foot entry. As for stability, the low weight of children for which this boot was designed led Fischer to put an internal moulded frame that surrounds the heel on which the external strap has been sewn. This stabilizes the heel and ankle laterally to facilitate ski walking and changes in direction. It has a central zipper for easy entry and good resistance to moisture. The Turnamic standard sole makes it compatible with Prolink, NNN and Turnamic standards.
