MTN Outdoor's lightweight telescopic poles will accompany you on your adventures all year round. From winter ski tours to summer treks, these poles will follow you to the ends of the earth.

Lightweight: The three telescopic Split Second Carbon poles and the simple folding system ensure maximum lightness.

Ergonomic comfort: Equipped with an extended handle and a soft wrist strap, and made of flexible foam and shock-absorbing carbon, this pole absorbs shocks and remains comfortable with or without gloves.

Please note that these poles are telescopic, but not adjustable in length.

Exceptions:

- For a single-section hiking pole, add about 5 cm to the values above to improve efficiency on climbs.

- For a telescopic pole, if you are taller than 1.85 m, choose a model extending up to 1.50 m to avoid reaching full extension.
