Product description — Pilus Navis Freebird

The Black Crows Pilus Navis Freebird climbing skins are pre-cut to fit directly onto the Navis Freebird ski and make ascents easier thanks to their mohair and polyamide blend. A thin membrane covers the adhesive to protect it from moisture and minimize wear over time. This membrane remains durable despite its lightweight design, regardless of temperature conditions.

Does the PFC-free water-repellent treatment reduce performance on the ascent?

No, it only reduces the environmental impact without affecting grip or glide.

Does the mohair and polyamide blend also enhance glide on the descent?

Yes, it offers a good balance between grip on the ascent and glide on the descent.

Specifications of the Black Crows Pilus Navis Freebird:

  • Mohair and polyamide blend
  • PFC-free water-repellent treatment
  • Lightweight membrane ensuring effective and durable grip
  • Front attachment: metal hook
  • Rear closure: adjustable strap
  • Pre-cut for Navis Freebird skis
