Description

Beal's Jammy ring is a technical self-locking rope designed to fit all rope diameters, single or double. Available in three lengths (35 cm, 50 cm and 60 cm), it enables you to quickly make Prusik or Machard-type self-locking knots, for maximum safety on long routes as well as in mountaineering.

Made from Technora aramid with a polyamide sheath, the Jammy offers exceptional resistance to heat and abrasion, even during repeated maneuvers or prolonged friction. Its breaking load reaches 22 kN, and its flexible construction enables even small-diameter ropes to be effectively strangled. Certified to EN566, it guarantees maximum safety for all levels of practice.

Ultra-light (just 20 g for the 35 cm version), the Jammy is protected by a heat-shrink sheath that reinforces the durability of the stitching. It stands out as a reliable alternative to mechanical devices, offering compactness, lightness and efficiency.

Main uses:securing abseiling, rapid reeving, extending an anchor point, use on natural anchors or as a mooring ring. A must-have for those who want to combine simplicity, technicality and reliability.
