Description

The Burton Ion Step-On is a boot is quite stiff allowing you to press hard in your turns. For even more support, it is reinforced with an instep strap, easily adjustable with a BOA knob. The shaft itself adjusts via a Speed Zone quick release clamp that is fast, precise and robust.

The Ion Step-On is the most typical freeride boot in the Burton Step-On range of boots. It offers a maximum of reactivity and stability in the supports, thanks to its rather rigid upper, reinforced with a Firm Flex PowerUP tongue and a Coiler strap for the frontside supports and a Step-On Backstay for the backside supports. This provides maximum control and precision in every turn, regardless of the terrain you're riding on and how fast you're going down. Comfort is not neglected, with the top-of-the-range Life boot and Ultralon foam, also equipped with a DRYRIDE Heat Cycle technology that keeps your feet warm and dry in all conditions. You've got a top-of-the-range boot that allows you to carve hard on the slopes and engage off-piste without sacrificing precision or comfort.
