Product description — Feelgood First Tracks

Note: The colour of the bases may be different from the picture displayed on the website, manufacturers combine colours randomly.

Designed for freestyle and a wide range of uses, the Burton Feelgood features a twin-directional shape that gives it remarkable versatility. Stable even at high speeds, this snowboard owes this quality to its fairly stiff flex. Its construction combines triaxial fiberglass, a lightweight yet sturdy FSC™ Super Fly II™ 700G core, and Squeezebox technology, which optimizes energy transfer.

What are the features of the Burton Feelgood snowboard?

Designed to deliver solid performance on any terrain, the Feelgood offers a fluid ride in both regular and switch stances thanks to its directional twin shape, while slightly rear-set bindings enhance turn initiation and boost float in powder snow. The FSC™-certified core provides durability and lightness, while the triaxial construction enhances responsiveness and strength. Squeezebox technology efficiently distributes energy, resulting in greater maneuverability and a nice pop. Rockers and classic camber coexist in a hybrid profile that delivers reliable grip on hard snow, provides crisp acceleration when carving, and remains forgiving and fluid as soon as the snow gets softer.

Who is the Burton Feelgood snowboard designed for?

This snowboard is designed for intermediate to advanced female snowboarders looking to ride anywhere with control, performance, and a great all-around feel. Whether on groomed snow, on the edges of the slopes, during backcountry sessions, or on park features, this board supports your progress with confidence and delivers dynamic, precise riding sensations.

Is the flex of the Feelgood First Tracks suitable for a snowboarder who’s improving?

The Feelgood First Tracks features a firm flex that provides precision when carving and stability at high speeds, while remaining accessible thanks to its Camber + Rocker profile, which forgives imperfect edging.

Where does the Feelgood First Tracks get its pop?

Squeezebox technology adjusts the core thickness between and under the feet to concentrate energy where it counts during takeoff. Combined with classic camber underfoot, it delivers a crisp, lively response, whether you’re exiting a turn or approaching a kicker.

What exactly is the Super Fly II 700G core?

It’s an FSC-certified wood core (sourced from responsibly managed forests), made lighter through a combination of channels and lightweight wood species selected by Burton. The result: a board that feels lively and light underfoot, without sacrificing long-term durability.

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
