The directional twin shape of the Burton Feelgood Jellyfish, a versatile freestyle snowboard, gives it great adaptability on any terrain. Even at high speeds, its fairly stiff flex keeps the board very stable. It features triaxial fiberglass, an FSC™ Super Fly II™ 700G core that combines lightness and strength, and Squeezebox technology designed to better transfer energy.

What is the Burton Feelgood Jellyfish snowboard designed for?

This board is designed to deliver reliable performance across a wide range of terrain. The twin-directional shape makes it equally at home riding regular or switch, and its slightly rear-set inserts make it easier to initiate turns and improve float in deep snow. Sturdiness and responsiveness are largely due to the triaxial layup, while the FSC™-certified core provides durability and lightness. With the Squeezebox system, energy is distributed more effectively, delivering a powerful pop and significantly improved maneuverability. Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
