To be as manoeuvrable and accessible as possible, the Burton Hideaway relies on a directional shape for easy turns, a flat camber for a secure and forgiving grip on the slopes, and a soft flex for low energy consumption.
What is the program of the Burton Hideaway snowboard?
The Hideaway has a quality construction, with an FSC-certified wood core reinforced with biaxial fiberglass. It's light, strong and has a soft flex that makes it easy to learn. The softer your board is, the easier it is to handle. In addition, the directional shape, tapered at the back and with the foot position set back, makes it easier to initiate turns and also provides better glide on soft snow and powder. Finally, the flat camber offers a secure grip and limits edge errors, to make your turns easier and avoid untimely falls!
Who is the Burton Hideaway snowboard for?
We recommend this model to beginner or intermediate snowboarders in need of a snowboard that is forgiving and comfortable to ride suitable for smoothly learning and progressing throughout the resort.
