The Burton Rewind is a versatile freestyle snowboard that combines versatility and performance. Featuring a Filet-O-Flex design and PurePop Camber profile, it offers excellent maneuverability while retaining impressive pop. This balanced board excels on both park modules and groomed runs.

What's in the Burton Rewind snowboard program?

The Burton Rewind is equipped with an FSC™ Certified Super Fly 800G core that blends two wood species for maximum lightness and pop. Its PurePop Camber profile, an evolution of the classic camber with two flat zones on the outside of the inserts, gives it excellent grip on the piste while remaining playful and forgiving. Its 100% Twin construction with Pro-Tip™ (refined tips) makes it perfectly symmetrical , ideal for freestyle and switch riding.

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
