Thanks to its directional twin shape, it delivers excellent versatility without being too stiff, making it perfect for riders seeking a balance between power and playability. Its careful construction guarantees optimum power-to-weight ratio, while retaining playful sensitivity underfoot.

What's in it for the Jones Airheart 2.0 snowboard?

The Airheart 2.0 is a directional twin with a classic full-camber profile, giving it precision and responsiveness. It excels in switch, facilitates turn entry and assures impeccable grip as well as dynamic rebound in carving. Its Power Core wood core is reinforced by triaxial glass fibers and carbon-innegra braiding, which provide explosiveness, lightness and responsiveness. Ideal for committed carvers, this board carves precise curves on piste while retaining great versatility. The inserts are positioned slightly backwards for more intuitive handling, especially off-piste, making it easier to get out of the way in powder. Finally, the Koroyd insert in the nose, an ultralight synthetic material, reduces the weight of the tip, improving maneuverability and reaction speed.

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
