Description

Note: The colour of the bases may be different from the picture displayed on the website, manufacturers combine colours randomly.

The Jones Airheart is a bridge between freeride and freestyle snowboarding, an ultra-versatile machine capable of doing everything with lots of character. It benefits from Jones high-end and eco-friendly construction, with materials such as FSC-certified wood core, bio-based glue and wax and recycled sidewalls and edges.

What is the Jones Airheart snowboard program?

The Jones Airheart offers a lot of dynamism and manoeuvrability, as well as exceptional acceleration thanks to the combination of its tonic construction with a well-priced classic camber, extra grip offered by the Traction Tech 2.0 corrugated edges and great edge to edge fluidity with the slightly convex 3D Contour Base 2.0 spatula shape. The slightly setback foot position and the directional flex, which is softer at the front and stiffer at the back, allows for instinctive curve entry, while promoting flotation in powder. Finally, the symmetry of the nose and tail allows you to switch without difficulty, ideal for tricks! A great way to ride hard with a variety of pleasures and terrains!

Who is the Jones Airheart snowboard for?

We recommend this model to confirmed/expert snowboarders, freestylers or not looking for a powerful board with which they can ride all over the resort and put a lot of rhythm in the descents.

What are the main qualities of the Jones Airheart snowboard?

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
