Description

The Cold Brew takes advantage of Lib Tech's know-how with technologies such as the Banana Camber and the Magne-Traction, which provides control and comfort on all types of snow. It also benefits from the eco-design of the American Mervin factory, which for example uses a maximum of Biosourced materials in the cores, sidewalls and topsheets.

What is the program of the snowboard Lib Tech Cold Brew?

The Lib Tech Cold Brew combines a slightly tapered shape for versatility, a setback foot position for curve control, a hybrid camber for efficiency and comfort on all types of snow and the Magne-Traction edges for more grip on hard snow. It's a board with which you can vary the terrain at will, seamlessly moving from trails to off-piste to take advantage of everything the resort has to offer. In addition, the well-balanced flex between performance and accessibility allows you to progress and put some rhythm in the descents, while remaining pleasant to ride all day long. Finally, it remains sufficiently balanced to make a little switch and place a few tricks if you feel like it!

Who is the Lib Tech Cold Brew snowboard for?

This model is ideal for versatile snowboarders eager to vary the pleasures of riding on all types of terrain. Accessible from the intermediate level, it will also be suitable for very experienced snowboarders looking for a good compromise between performance and comfort.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
