Description

The Dynamo has a directional shape, classic camber and a well-balanced flex that allows it to offer a good compromise between performance and playability on all terrains. It has been manufactured in an eco-friendly way at the Mervin factory in the United States, using bio-sourced materials, using electricity from sustainable sources, avoiding waste, etc.  

What is the Lib Tech Dynamo snowboard program?  

The Dynamo is directional, which means that it has more volume and length at the front than at the back and therefore the position of the feet is decentred. This gives the board a natural lift in powder snow and makes it easier to enter curves on all types of snow. The classic camber combined with the Magne-Traction corrugated edges provides lots of grip and stability during cut turns on hard snow and has an invigorating construction without limiting flexibility, it's the perfect board for practicing carving and putting more rhythm into the descents. Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
