Description

Note: The colour of the bases may be different from the picture displayed on the website, manufacturers combine colours randomly.

Travis Rice, legendary snowboarder, rides with several signature models from the Lib Tech range, each designed to excel in specific environments. The T.Rice Pro, celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, is one of these iconic boards—engineered for all-mountain freestyle riding with a robust construction and a symmetrical shape reminiscent of the Blunted but without its chopped tips. Its waterdrop-shaped nose and tail significantly enhance float in powder snow, making this board a true Swiss Army knife.

What is the Lib Tech T.rice Pro snowboard made for?

The T.Rice Pro features a construction that blends a wood core with fibreglass and basalt reinforcements for an ideal balance between lightness, power and durability. It comes equipped with Magne-Traction edges featuring a wavy profile that delivers precise and secure grip on hardpack snow. Its C2 Xtrem Perfection hybrid camber combines traditional camber sections with rocker zones to provide both float, edge hold and responsiveness. This versatile snowboard shines just as much on groomers for sharp carving as it does in the terrain park for throwing tricks or out in the backcountry slashing through powder. Its reactivity and manoeuvrability make it an excellent companion for riders looking to send technical lines at full intensity—whatever the day’s conditions.

Who is the Lib Tech T.rice Pro snowboard aimed at?

The T.Rice Pro is primarily intended for advanced to expert riders seeking a powerful, lively and ultra-versatile board. That said, it can also suit athletic intermediate riders who are comfortable across all terrains—and want to progress towards something more technical so they can push their limits further, improve their freestyle skills or explore every aspect of the mountain with just one board.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
