Description

The Nitro Beast is a perfect twin-tip shape and has a construction that combines the best technologies of the brand for a very catchy, dynamic and robust result. A board designed above all for freestyle and the snowpark as evidenced by the Railkiller Edge X-2 and Ureshred Sidewalls reinforcements that protects the edges and rims, but also allows you to excel on the pistes.

What is the program of the Nitro Beast snowboard?

If you're looking for a powerful freestyle snowboard with which to launch on the kickers in the snowpark, the Beast has what you need! With its Power Core 2 shell made of poplar and beech, with a Whiplash structure, a triple layer of fiberglass and carbon spars, the Beast is a real dynamite ready to explode at every ollie! With the addition of a classic camber well marked, it's definitely a tonic and technical freestyle board, which maintains its edge well, secures its take-offs and allows to strike on the slopes. And as already mentioned above, the edges and sidewalls are reinforced to better resist shocks coming from the rails in the snowpark. As you can see, the Nitro Beast is the ultimate snowboard for high-flying freestyle and committed riding.

Who is the Nitro Beast snowboard for?

This model is designed for experienced or expert snowboarders with advanced freestyle skills looking for a technically advanced board for tricks in the park and carving on the slopes.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
