A freeride snowboard with a very directional shape, a top-of-the-range construction and large dimensions, the Nitro Pantera is not to be placed under anyone's feet. Requiring good technique and good physical condition, it allows the most intrepid snowboarders to draw very committed lines all over the mountain. The Pantera is not only great for freeriding but also on the piste. It is part of Nitro's "Carver Crue" programme, which features snowboards suitable for carving.
What is the program of the Nitro Pantera snowboard?
The Pantera has a tapered shape, more stiffness on the rear and a well-set back foot position making it as easy as possible to place the board in the turns. This makes it really designed for the curve and committed lines, equipped with a powerful and light shell reinforced with a triple layer of fiberglass and carbon stringers. The Pantera remains very stable at high speed on all types of terrains. On piste, you'll enjoy excellent mid- and late-curve recovery, while its classic camber ensures a perfect grip on the edges. It's really ideal for attacking hard on a well-groomed track, taking a maximum of angle in the corners so you can caress the snow with the palm of your hand. Finally, thanks to the volume of the front tip and the setback position, you enjoy a natural lift in powder, which allows you to get off the beaten track and take full advantage of the snow.
Who is the Nitro Pantera snowboard for?
We recommend this model to experienced or expert snowboarders with a solid base, looking for a rigid freeride snowboard with which they can satisfy their thirst for speed and adrenaline, whether on or off-piste. Note that, being offered in large sizes and Mid-Wide and Wide widths, the Pantera is suitable for snowboarders with big feet.
