Product description — Sensei Limited

Note: The colour of the bases may be different from the picture displayed on the website, manufacturers combine colours randomly.

The Raven Sensei Limited is an ultra-versatile snowboard, perfect for riders who want to do it all. With its aggressive design and samurai-inspired graphics, it certainly stands out.

What is the Raven Sensei Limited snowboard made for?

Its intermediate flex and poplar core reinforced with Tasmanian oak offer excellent pop and great response. Ideal for freestyle, it excels both in the terrain park and on groomers or in side country powder. The Raven Sensei Limited is a true twin board with a camber + rocker profile, combining traditional camber between the feet and rockers at the tips. This gives it excellent edge hold and dynamic pop, while remaining playful and easy to handle in powder. Its poplar core reinforced with Tasmanian oak ensures strength and response, while its fast sintered base guarantees a smooth glide.

Who is the Raven Sensei Limited snowboard aimed at?

This board is recommended for intermediate to advanced snowboarders who are comfortable on various terrains and are looking to take their riding to the next level. With the Sensei Limited, they will find a riding companion that propels them to new heights of performance while having fun.

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
