Description

The Rossignol Diva is a twin-tip snowboard, meaning it has a symmetrical shape and flex as well as a well-centred foot position. It's the perfect recipe for freestyle riding, with as much switch ability as your usual direction. This shape is combined with a construction that offers power, stability and cushioning, thanks to the L.I.T.E. Frame construction that uses a urethane band along the edges and around the tips. Finally, the classic camber combined with Serrated Edges technology provides an excellent grip on hard snow, while the well-defined rockers on the front and back make it easy to get through transformed snow and powder. The result is a board that's powerful and comfortable to ride, capable of going anywhere and freestyling. A good program for committed riders!

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
