Description

The Salomon Grace is aimed at young snow enthusiasts looking for an all-terrain freestyle board, specially designed to help them progress on all types of terrain. This snowboard accompanies junior riders in the discovery of new sensations and offers them a playful way to evolve on the slopes as well as in the snowpark.

What is the program of the Salomon Grace  snowboard?

The Salomon Grace stands out for its rather soft flex, designed to offer ease of riding, forgiveness as well as cushioning on landing. Its flat camber positioned between the bindings guarantees a good margin of error and reassuring stability, ideal for building confidence. This playful shape therefore invites you to explore the whole ski area, carve pretty curves on groomed snow and get to grips with the first park modules in complete serenity.

Who is the Salomon Grace  snowboard for?

This model is aimed at young beginners as well as intermediate riders who want a docile and reassuring board, allowing them to make their first turns, progress technically, and have fun anywhere on the mountain, without putting up barriers.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
