Why choose a Palmer snowboard in a pack with bindings?
Shaun Palmer, a legend in the extreme sports world
Shaun Palmer is not just anyone. Born in 1968, nicknamed "Palm Daddy" and considered one of the greatest pioneers of extreme sports, Shaun Palmer has developed and excelled in several disciplines, mainly snowboarding, skiing and mountain biking. In particular, he dominated the boardercross at the Winter X Games, winning it 3 years in a row in snowboarding from 1997 to 1999, then in skiing the following year. Who can claim to have achieved such a feat in two different disciplines? He created Palmer Snowboards in 1995, and the adventure has never stopped since.
Boardercross, freeride and carving snowboards
Boardercross is a niche market in snowboarding. Few brands offer boards that are really designed for boardercross, and Palmer is one of them. No wonder, given Shaun Palmer's track record in the discipline... With models like the Palmer Crown, you'll have a real winning machine under your feet to improve your times and drop your competitors!
In the rest of the Palmer range, there are a lot of directional snowboards, mainly designed for curves, whether on piste for high speed carving, or freeride to send you into the powder or on well-committed slopes. Thus, with models like the Palmer Ultimate Speed Carver, specific to carving, or the Palmer Liberty, a women's freeride snowboard, Palmer makes the happiness of those who like to ride fast and strong!
But also freestyle snowboards
For freestyle fans, Palmer Snowboards also offers some good freestyle boards like the Palmer Pro or the Flash Twin. And yes, let's not forget that Shaun Palmer also won the Halfpipe World Championships in 1990!
